Middle Forest Chardonnay Barrel 2023 impresses with its beautiful golden color and expressive nose, rich in ripe fruits such as melon, peach, and mango, complemented by a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is layered and well-balanced, revealing flavors of apple, melon, and a delicate exotic touch of pineapple.

The wine is fermented and then aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels, which adds structure, finesse, and sophistication.
