The contract between the Supplier and the User is concluded in Bulgarian and consists of these general terms and conditions available at www.manastirawinery.com.
The contracting party with the Supplier is the User, according to the data provided when completing the order on the Site.
The Supplier includes in the Site interface technical means for identifying and correcting errors in entering information before making the statement for concluding the contract.
The contract is considered concluded when the User completes their order. The order is completed when the User has marked the checkbox “I have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions” and has pressed the button directing the information to the Supplier.
If the User chooses to place the order by phone, it is considered that the User has read and agreed to the Site’s general terms and conditions. For the conclusion of a sales contract, the Supplier explicitly notifies the User within the same or no later than the next working day by sending a confirmation email to the email provided by the User. The Supplier delivers the ordered goods within 3 working days from the confirmation of the order. If the delivery time for a specific item differs, the Supplier explicitly states this so that the User is informed before completing the order.

It is assumed that the electronic statements made by the Users of the Site are made by the persons specified in the data provided by the User when completing the order form. The User agrees that electronic messages sent by the Supplier do not need to be signed with an electronic signature to be effective against them.
