DELIVERY METHOD

Ordered goods are delivered via the courier company “Speedy” to the office or address specified by the customer.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is up to 3 (three) working days for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY PRICES

• Delivery to office: €4.80
• Delivery to address: €7.80
• Free delivery over €100

IMPORTANT

Please ask the courier to print the document for the postal money transfer!!!
This document replaces a fiscal receipt, and if the product is purchased by a company, it is required for your accounting records.

PAYMENT OF DELIVERY

Delivery is paid together with the order total.
If you have selected the “POSTAL MONEY TRANSFER” option, the delivery cost will be included in it.

RETURN OF GOODS

If you wish to return the purchased goods, you may do so within 14 days. The courier service cost is at the customer’s expense.

WITHDRAWAL FROM DISTANCE CONTRACT

If you wish to withdraw from your distance contract, in accordance with Art. 47, para. 1, item 8 of the Consumer Protection Act, please fill out and send the withdrawal form to office@manastirawinery.com, which you will find here. After submission, one of our representatives will contact you.
